Through our vicarious trauma training, you will learn how working directly with trauma can affect professionals in helping roles, as well as strategies to reduce and manage vicarious (secondary) trauma and its impact.
Our vicarious trauma training has been designed for professionals working directly with people who have experienced trauma, including safeguarding leads, support workers, therapists, counsellors, social care professionals, and healthcare staff. It’s also beneficial for managers and HR professionals supporting frontline teams.
