Sexual Trauma Training
Our trauma-informed sexual trauma training is designed to help you shape the culture you want to see – where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported to thrive. Whether you work in business, non-profits, schools, colleges, universities, or healthcare settings, our inclusive training equips you with the practical skills and confidence to challenge harmful behaviours and nurture a genuine culture of consent.
Professional Boundaries Training
Through our professional boundaries training, you’ll gain skills and practical tools to enhance wellbeing, practise self-care, and set healthy boundaries, helping create a safe, compassionate workplace.
Active Bystander Training
Through our active bystander training, you’ll learn how to recognise situations where intervention may be needed, develop the skills to act as an active bystander, and gain confidence in knowing how and when to respond.
Healthy Relationships & Consent Training
Through our healthy relationships and consent training, you’ll learn about healthy relationships, develop a clear understanding of consent, and build the confidence to discuss sex and relationships openly and honestly.
Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence Training
Through our domestic abuse and sexual violence training, you’ll learn about domestic abuse and coercive control, how they intersect with sexual violence, and how to respond to and support those affected.
Spiking as a Sexual Offence and Spiking Training
Through our spiking training, you will gain an understanding of what spiking is, learn about the legal framework around it, discover strategies to prevent it, and develop the skills to support those affected in a trauma-informed way.
Responding to Disclosures Training
Through our responding to disclosures training, you’ll build your knowledge of sexual abuse, increase your understanding of all types of sexual violence, and develop the skills and confidence to respond to disclosures in a trauma-informed way, whether the abuse occurred in person or online.
Sexual Harassment Support Officer (SHSO) Training
Through our Sexual Harassment Support Officer (SHSO) training, you’ll develop an in-depth understanding of sexual harassment, including workplace responsibilities and how to comply with the Worker Protection Act (2023).
Understanding Sexual Violence Training
Through our understanding sexual violence training, you’ll understand sexual violence as an umbrella term. This training covers rape, sexual abuse, and harassment (both online and in person) and explore its impact on individuals, families, and society.
Online & Tech-Facilitated Sexual Abuse Training
Through our online and tech-facilitated sexual abuse training, you’ll gain a clear understanding of sexual abuse, how technology can be used to facilitate it, and how you can prevent it, respond effectively, and support those who have experienced it.
Sexual Harassment at Work Training
Through our sexual harassment at work training, you’ll build the knowledge and skills to understand what sexual harassment is, what drives it, and how to prevent and respond to it, empowering your organisation to go beyond policies and create a culture where everyone feels safe and supported.
