Sexual Harassment at Work
You’ll build the knowledge and skills to understand what sexual harassment is, what drives it, and how to prevent and respond to it, empowering your organisation to go beyond policies and create a culture where everyone feels safe and supported.
This training is designed for all organisations and employees and will be particularly valuable for safeguarding leads, HR staff, managers, or anyone committed to creating safe and inclusive spaces.
Around 1 in 3 people have experienced sexual harassment at work in the past 12 months, and the law now says that employers need to be taking reasonable steps to prevent it.
**WORKER PROTECTION ACT (2023)**
On 26th October 2024, a new law was introduced, meaning that there is now a duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment in their workplace.

After isn’t After
A little while ago, we received a poem in our inbox. Its words thoughtfully captured a personal experience of sexual violence, and with the author’s permission, we’re sharing it here, knowing it may resonate with many of our followers and supporters.
