Through our Sexual Harassment Support Officer (SHSO) training, you’ll develop an in-depth understanding of sexual harassment, including workplace responsibilities and how to comply with the Worker Protection Act (2023) and Employment Rights Act (2025).

Our intensive Sexual Harassment Support Officer (SHSO) training workshop is suitable for all organisations and employees, with a particular focus on those currently in or preparing to take on the role of SHSO.
