Pathway Administrator (full-time)

Salary: £24,685.02 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Based: Bristol (hybrid working)
Pension: Employer pension contribution of 5%
Annual leave: 27 days plus bank holidays

About the role

This key role provides day-to-day administrative support across our service delivery teams, helping our services run smoothly through well-managed processes, accurate database administration and general office support.

You will act as a welcoming, professional and appropriate first point of contact for survivors accessing SARSAS services, primarily by telephone, email and in person. You will respond sensitively and appropriately to enquiries and referrals from survivors, professionals, partner organisations and other agencies.

About you

You will bring relevant office administration experience, including creating and managing a range of administrative processes and databases. Highly organised and attentive to detail, you will be able to prioritise multiple tasks, use your initiative and contribute effectively as part of a team.

This is a rewarding role in a busy environment, so you will need to be adaptable and able to remain resilient under pressure. As a substantial part of the role involves communicating with clients and professionals, you will also be confident communicating by telephone in a professional and supportive manner while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

SARSAS exists to relieve the trauma and distress and help rebuild the lives of survivors live in Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and BANES, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.

SARSAS also campaigns and raises awareness about rape and sexual violence to change the narrative about sexual violence and to enable survivors’ voices to be heard. Partnership work with a range of agencies locally and nationally is a priority to enable social change.
