Our Live Chat service provides a text-based way to get support from one of our specially trained volunteers if you’re not ready to speak on the phone, or if you simply prefer writing.
It’s free, anonymous, and open to anyone aged 13+ living in Bath, Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset, or South Gloucestershire.
How Live Chat works
During opening hours, a box will appear on our website, letting you connect online with one of our specially trained volunteers for up to 40 minutes.
Opening Hours
- Monday: 11am – 2pm
- Tuesday: 6pm – 8pm
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 6pm – 8pm
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Closed
(Closed on bank holidays, Christmas, and Easter)
