Sexual Harassment at Work Training

Through our sexual harassment at work training, you’ll build the knowledge and skills to understand what sexual harassment is, what drives it, and how to prevent and respond to it, empowering your organisation to go beyond policies and create a culture where everyone feels safe and supported.

Our sexual harassment at work training is designed for all organisations and employees and will be particularly valuable for safeguarding leads, HR staff, managers, or anyone committed to creating safe and inclusive spaces.

**WORKER PROTECTION ACT (2023)**

On 26 October 2024, a new law was introduced, meaning that there is now a duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment in their workplace. Our sexual harassment at work training is designed to equip organisations and employees with the knowledge and practical skills needed to prevent sexual harassment and respond appropriately.
