We are specialists in helping survivors cope with the impacts of sexual violence and empowering them to rebuild their lives. We will signpost someone if we don’t have the right services available to meet someones needs
We offer the following services to men and boys over the age of 13 years old:
A weekly helpline
You can get up to an hours support on the helpline – as a one off or on a regular basis.
The helpline number is 0808 801 0464.
The opening times are 11am-2pm on Monday and 6pm-8.30pm on Tuesday.
This is a free number and if you call outside of the helpline times and leave us a message we will get back to you.
An email support service
We will respond to your e mails which come to us through an encrypted system so you remain anonymous. The email support address is firstname.lastname@example.org
We provide counselling for boys and young men aged 13-18 in Somerset through Somerset Phoenix Project and can also refer you to our consortium partners – the Green House or the Southmead Project.
Using Our Service
You will never have to talk about something you don’t feel ready to talk about.
You do not have to report to the police – that will always be your choice.
We have a safeguarding policy if you are in immediate danger, you are under 18, you are a vulnerable adult or if the perpetrator has access to other vulnerable children or adults. We would always try and talk to you first, keep you informed and get the best possible advice about a situation.
You are our main priority and we are here to support you.
We will listen, support and believe you.
